I do hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy in any way please get in touch within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve any issues together.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned via trackable service.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged. Please get in touch within 7 days of the item arriving and include photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Returns and refunds will be made at the discretion of As the Toad Flies.

Upon the return of the item in satisfactory condition in the original packaging using a tracked postal service within 14 days, I will refund you the purchase price of the piece. I’m afraid I cannot refund the original shipping costs.
